By helping utilities accurately identify and eliminate lead service lines, we protect the health of children and families, build lasting trust between communities and their water providers, and support a more transparent and efficient public infrastructure system.

Founder: RJ Pire

RJ is a recovering regulator with nearly a decade of experience with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Public Service Commission where he oversaw lead service line inventory and replacement programs. RJ has advised dozens of utilities on lead and copper rule compliance strategies and built Service ID to solve the real-world bottlenecks water utilities face.
